Shipping Policy

We aim to have all orders fulfilled and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

However, if you have a request for your order to be fulfilled quicker, please do get in touch with us.

All orders are sent with Royal Mail:

A standard delivery fee of £3.49 is charged for all orders below £40.
Or alternatively, you can upgrade to express for £4.49.
But for orders over £40, the delivery is FREE!

Please contact us at scentsbysisters@outlook.com if you have an issue regarding a missing parcel. Please note, that we cannot be held responsible for postage breakages, all we can do is ensure your wax melts reach you as safely as possible!

Return Policy

Unfortunately, each product is hand poured with love and therefore we don't currently accept any returns. However, if you have received something that you believe may be faulty, please contact us by completing the form on our contact page, with a short description of the fault together with the item name and an image for reference. Fault claims are dealt with on a case by case basis.

As mentioned above, please note that items may break in transit, and this is therefore not considered to be a fault with the product itself. No refunds or returns will be made for items broken in transit.
